Your Mission:

  • Build and nurture relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for our ecosystem partners, ensuring their success and fostering collaboration.
  • Drive growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborative selling within our partner base in order to expand together.
  • Advocate and support: Champion the needs of our partners internally while helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment with Janusea's strategy.
  • Educate and problem-solve effectively: Address and resolve partner issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Being comfortable with ambiguity: Having the curiosity and investigative wherewithal to work through questions and learn from setbacks.

What we're looking for:
  • A proven track record in account management, relationship management, or business development, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport.
  • A results-driven mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for growth (upselling/cross selling) within an existing customer base.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud technology, and core banking systems.
  • A team player who’s organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience creating frameworks and playbooks and documenting best practices in order to elevate performance of organization.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with partners or attend industry events.
