Janusea is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team! The Quality Assurance Analyst will be supporting customers who interact with bank and credit union systems through Janusea’s integration platform. This will require interacting with multiple departments (Development, Project management, Business analysis, DevOps, Infrastructure, Leadership teams, etc.) and business stakeholders to test systems and identify and resolve issues. This role will play an important part in Janusea’s focus on scaling operations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or Business-related field or comparable education. Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry environment or comparable experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience designing and implementing CRM solutions.
  • Experience with the financial banking industry.
  • Superb interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • This is a remote position 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with credit unions, FinTech's, core processing providers, and third-party vendors in the adoption, extension, and improvements to CUFX.
  • Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels.
  • Developing and implementing standards for testing both small and large efforts.
  • Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
  • Follow up with the appropriate groups to explore the root causes of issues and identify errors, omissions, and mistakes.
  • Develop and manage testing timelines and prepare monthly status reports.
  • Manage, prioritize, and track work across an active and dynamic portfolio of projects ands customers.
  • Document appropriate testing processes and results.
  • Maintain adherence to standards and methodologies.
  • Create plans and execute user acceptance testing for Janusea projects.
  • Participate in internal and client-driven project status meetings.
  • Code and implement automated testing.
  • Generate and report on quality assurance metrics with and related to the overall development process.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to address real business issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
